The General Terms and Conditions of the Ride on Woody online store are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot, Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 98/2004-UPB2, 126/2007 and 86/2009), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and international codes for e -business.
The operator of the online store www.ride-on-woody.com is the company Storitve 212 Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the seller.
By using the website, you agree to the terms of business, so please read them.
Seller reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions in the online store www.ride-on-woody.com


The prices of the products are obtained by the customer by sending an inquiry via the online form. Prices do not include shipping costs. The prices of the delivery cost are given by the seller at the request of the buyer according to the delivery conditions.
Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity. Prices are in euro (€) and include 22% VAT or VAT amount of destination country.
Prices are valid in case of payment with payment methods below and under the conditions inside this document.
The purchase contract between the seller and buyer is concluded at the moment when the bidder confirms the order (the buyer confirms the order of goods in writing). From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the seller and the buyer.
Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Protection of personal data

Seller vows to protect data of customers and members (personal data, purchase data). All data obtained in the online store and the collected data may be used exclusively for making purchases. Customer data is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and will in no case be passed on to third parties. The entry of personal data in the online form is required solely for the proper implementation of services in online store.


Seller vows that the information on the online store page will be accurate and up-to-date.

Order, purchase, order confirmation

The order process takes place by filling in the online offer form. On the first page, enter your contact information and click the “Next” button.
On the next page, select the type of model and accessories and the quantity. Confirm your selection by clicking the “Next” button.
Enter additional questions and wishes regarding your purchase on the back of the form. Complete the inquiry form by clicking the “send” button
After the submitted request, we will send a written offer to your e-mail address from the request. The content of the offer can be changed by the seller at the request of the buyer. If the seller and the buyer agree with the content of the offer, the buyer confirms the offer in writing in an e-mail response. By doing so, the buyer agrees to agree to the terms & conditions in this document and the sales contract between the seller and the buyer is thus finalized.

Delivery and collection

The goods are delivered by Post of Slovenia or any other distribution company, depending on the agreement or contractual relationship with the company Storitve 212, Ltd. The method of delivery is determined by the seller. Delivery is made to the address you provided in the e-mail when confirming the order. In case you are not present at the time of delivery contact delivery service for further information.
Postage charge varies in relation to delivery destination. For delivery charge contact us via e-mail info@ride-on-woody.com. When ordering a product from stock, the delivery time is from 7-40 business days, depending on location of requested delivery. Custom product delivery depends on the stock, size, and complexity of the order. Customer receives all information about the production by e-mail after placing the order. In case the product is not in stock, we will inform you about this and the delivery options.
After receiving the order, seller also sends an invoice to buyer in pdf format to buyer’s e-mail address. In the case of personal collection, the customer receives a printed tax-certified electronic invoice for the purchased items upon receipt. The invoice includes a breakdown of the price and all costs related to the purchase, as well as a notice of the right to withdraw from the contract. Buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data on the invoice and notify the seller of any errors within eight days of receipt. Subsequent objections regarding the correctness of the invoices issued will not be acknowledged by seller.

The company Storitve 212, Ltd. vows to pack the ordered products properly and send them on time within the delivery period.
The company is not responsible for overdue delivery due to irregularities in delivery service procedures.


 You can make a payment in online store upon local pickup, by proforma invoice or PayPal. Buyer can select the method of payment when ordering.
All issued invoices are kept at the company’s headquarters. The customer can request a copy of the invoice at any time via e-mail: info@ride-on-woody.com
Right of withdrawal from the purchase, return of goods
The consumer has the right to inform the company (to the contact e-mail address info@ride-on-woody.com) within 14 days of receiving the goods that he is withdrawing from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision. The only cost to burden by consumer regarding the withdrawal is the cost of returning the goods.
The goods must be returned to the seller no later than 14 days from the submitted notice of withdrawal from the contract (purchase). The goods received must be returned undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the goods have been destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased without the consumer being at fault. The company returns the received payment by the same means of payment as used by the consumer, unless the payer has paid the amount in cash to the courier of the delivery service. All payments received by the seller from the delivery service are made through a transaction account, so the seller undertakes to refund the purchase price through the transaction account as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the refund.
Payments will be refunded as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The return of the received goods to the company within the deadline for withdrawal from the contract is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract.
In sales contracts, the company may withhold the refund of payments received until the returned goods are accepted or until the consumer provides proof that the goods have been returned, unless the company offers the option to take over the returned goods itself.

Absence of the right to withdraw from the contract.
Withdrawal from the contract is not possible for products that are manufactured to the exact instructions of the consumer and tailored to his personal needs; made according to the exact instructions of the consumer (e.g. selected engraved text, colour according to the customer’s wishes,…).


The product warranty lasts for 1 year and starts from the day of purchase of the product and covers material defects and errors of the manufacturer that affect the functionality of the product. Defects due to use and improper maintenance are not covered by the warranty. The guarantee is valid upon presentation of an invoice.
You can NOT claim the warranty in the following cases: 1) if there is normal wear and tear, 2) if there is damage to water or fire, 3) if there is damage due to external influences, 4) due to improper use and charging of the battery, 5) if there has been damage to the component and other damage caused by improper handling and negligence, 6) if there has been loss or theft of the product.

Product defect

The consumer may exercise his rights arising from a material defect if he notifies the seller of the defect within 14 days of the day on which the defect was discovered.
The buyer must describe the defect in detail and allow the seller to inspect the issue.
Buyer may notify the seller of the defect in person, for which the seller must issue a notice, or send it to the store where the item was purchased, or to the seller’s representative with whom he has concluded a contract.
The seller is not liable for material defects in the goods that appear after two months have elapsed since the product was delivered.
A defect shall be deemed to have already existed at the time of extradition if it occurs within two months of extradition. The consumer’s rights referred to in the first paragraph shall expire two months after the day on which he informed the seller of the material defect.

Conflict solving

The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation.
The provider makes every effort to fulfil its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person with whom, in the event of problems, the customer can contact by telephone or e-mail. The complaint is submitted via email to info@ride-on-woody.com. The appeal procedure is confidential. The company strives to resolve disputes out of court.

All copyrights on the ride-on-woody.com online store website (including all images, photos, animations, videos, music, text and files) are the exclusive property of seller.


 The provider will contact the user via means of distance communication only if the user does not explicitly object.
Advertising emails will contain the following components:
will be clearly and unambiguously marked as advertising messages,
the sender will be clearly visible,
various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be marked as such. The conditions for participation in them will also be clearly defined,
the method of unsubscribing from receiving advertising messages will be clearly presented,
the user’s wish not to receive advertising messages will be explicitly respected by the provider.

Final Provisions

Seller may change these general terms and conditions without the prior consent of the buyer.
